Structural features:
1. The load discharge starting valve has compact structure, small
volume, simple and convenient installation and elegant appearance.
2. The mechanical structure adopted by the load discharge starting
valve does not need to be operated by electric appliances like
electric valves, and it has good air tightness, safety and
reliability.
3. After using this load-relief starting valve, the starting air
sources such as fans and compressors under working conditions can
be started directly with load without damaging fans. Thereby making the operation under working conditions simpler and
safer.
4. The wood unloading starting valve has high sensitivity and short
action time, and the whole action only takes a few seconds or tens
of seconds. 5. Smooth operation, long service life and simple maintenance.
Scope of application:
The load relief starting valve is used in pipelines used by fans,
compressors, etc., and is used to ensure that fans, compressors,
etc. can be started directly with load without adding vent valves
and other devices on pipelines. Therefore, it is widely used in many working conditions such as
sewage treatment, pneumatic conveying, desulfurization and dust
removal in power plants, chemical industry and so on.
Instructions for use:
1. The load discharge starting valve is installed at the outlet of
the fan (the original three-way pipe can be changed into four-way
pipe);
2. The opening and closing time (i.e. venting time) can be adjusted
(from 10 to 60 "seconds). Adjust the bolt to rotate left and right to control the air inlet
speed of air bag and the opening and closing height of valve and
seat. 3. The connecting flange between the valve and the four-way valve
is national standard 1OKG, and the installation form is clip-on
type, which is suitable for horizontal and vertical installation.
4. If an engineering example needs to unload before stopping the
fan, just connect the normally closed (conventional solenoid valve)
solenoid valve to the interface of the load discharge starting
valve.
