LQRY heat conduction oil pump-overview and application:
LQRY series hot oil pump is developed by absorbing the
characteristics of various advanced hot oil circulating pumps at
home and abroad. The pump has the characteristics of reasonable structure, advanced
technology, high efficiency, long-term stable operation in hot
state, no leakage, no additional cooling system, safety and
reliability, etc. It can be widely used in industrial fields such
as petroleum, grease, boiler, construction, road maintenance,
pharmacy, plastics, rubber, textile containing synthetic fibers,
printing and dyeing, etc. It is an ideal heat carrier medium
circulating pump, and its operating temperature is ≤370℃.
LQRY heat conduction oil pump-product features:
(1) The combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is adopted.
The packing seal is made of high-temperature resistant packing with
good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal is made of
cemented carbide material with high mechanical strength and good
wear resistance, which ensures the sealing performance at high
temperature.
(2) Imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE for short) is used as
lip seal, which makes the sealing performance leap, and the
reliability is 25 times higher than that of rubber seal, and the
corrosion resistance is extremely strong.
